About Us

We are MTÜ Riidepunkt – a dedicated and passionate team committed to giving old clothes and household items a new life. Since 2011, together with our supporters and partners, we have built an effective classification system that begins with collecting donations and continues through careful sorting and responsible recycling.

Today, we operate with more than 90 clothing containers across Estonia: every item placed in our containers is given a second chance by our team. Items are processed through our two large sorting centers, where:

• Well-preserved items are joyfully returned to use – some are donated to local charities and to West Africa (Estonia 4 Gambia), bringing happiness to those in need.
• Good-quality second-hand clothes, shoes, toys, and home accessories are directed straight to sales, supporting social initiatives and encouraging the circular economy.
• Damaged, dirty, or unusable items are collected and sent to landfills or recycling stations in line with environmentally friendly regulations.

We sincerely believe that “one person’s old item is another person’s new joy.” By living by this principle, we help reduce waste while supporting circular economy practices and social cohesion. Our yearly growth and the increasing number of containers show that people truly value the idea of giving old things a second life.
