Right of withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return conditions Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at riidepunkt@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
